  • We are not currently accepting new patients.

    Health Connect Ontario is a service that helps Ontarians find a physician. You can either call them at 811 or visit them online at Health Connect Ontario to register for their services.

  • Ask your pharmacy to fax a refill request to our office.

    It can take up to 5 business days for the refill request to be completed. Be sure to plan ahead if you will be traveling.

  • If you have a cough, fever, sinus infection, urinary tract infection, skin rash, or irritation which you feel cannot wait until a routine appointment with your Family Physician then the After Hours Clinic is able to assist you. The After Hours Clinic is not meant to replace the complex and continuing care that your Family Physician provides.

  • It’s necessary that you present your health card to the front desk at every appointment in order to receive care. You must also ensure that your health card is not expired.

  • Critical results are given as soon as the physicians receive them.

    Allow for 5 business days for non-critical results.

    Most physicians practice the “no news is good news” model for normal results.

  • Due to an exceptionally large volume of forms and the physician’s workload, it may take up to 30 days for patient forms to be completed.

    Please note, there is no guarantee that your forms will be completed before 30 days.
